Aida L. Santiago-Ramirez

Aida L. Santiago-Ramirez, 61, of Erie, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Saint Vincent Hospital after an extended illness. She was born February 26, 1956 in San German, Puerto Rico a daughter of Santiago Santiago-Lopez of New York and the late Santa Ramirez.

Aida was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was dedicated to her Catholic religion.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her infant son Monchito.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gialdy Santiago-Letriz; a daughter, Norilda Estrada-Santiago; one son, Raymond Estrada-Santiago all of Erie; six brothers, Osvaldo Estrada, Francis Estrada both of Erie, David Santiago, Jose Estrada, and Luis Estrada all of Puerto Rico, and Zaxier Rodriguez of FL; and one sister, Carmen Estrada of Erie. She is also survived by five grandchildren, a special granddaughter, Noriliz Jusino-Estrada, 1 great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family.
