Angelo E. Federici

Angelo E. Federici, age 84, of Erie died Monday, May 5, 2008 at the VA Medical Center. He was born February 10, 1924 in Dubois, PA, a son of the late Bartlo and Susan Falcone Federici.

He served in the United State Navy during World War II. He had worked at RP&C Valve Company. He was a sports enthusiast, an avid Yankees Fan and enjoyed golf. He was a member of Sacred Heart Ushers Society, National Club and Nuova Aurora Club.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Leo Federici; four sisters, Jennie Hendricks, Veronica Check, Lillian Agnello and Antoinette Meninni. He is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Amy L. Frontino Federici and six children, Penni L. Federici and her dear friend Brad Shirley of Erie, Rick A. Federici and his wife Faith of Erie, Lisa Montefiori of Orlando, FL, Michael A. Montefiori and his wife Cheryl of Erie, Tony J. Montefiori and his wife Kelly of North East, PA and Louis J. Montefiori and his wife Debbie of Erie and fifteen grandchildren, Alexis and Ricky Federici, Noah Laughner, Anthony, Salvatore, Kathleen, Marco, Marialana, Jacob, Antonia, Jeremy, Dominic, Andrew, Evan and Santino Montefiori. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 until the time of service there at 8:30 pm.
