Anna M. Dalessio Iverson

Anna M. Dalessio Iverson, age 54, of Erie, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born June 23, 1959 in Erie, a daughter of the late Michael and Michela Delprete Dalessio.

Anna was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She worked as an educator in the Erie School District most recently at Collegiate Academy.

She dedicated her life to family, friends and students.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Dalessio.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Charles W. Iverson; one son, Mike C. Iverson and one sister, Marguerite D. Miller all of Erie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. and may attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, 2401 West 38th Street, at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
