B. Lucille Rosenberger Maurer

B. Lucille Rosenberger Maurer, 84, of Erie, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West. She was born October 9, 1931 in Kittanning, PA, a daughter of the late Edward and Rachel Silvis Rosenberger.

She was a graduate of Kittanning High School Class of 1949. She enjoyed shopping and crafts.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Droze Maurer; her son, Scott Edward Maurer; two brothers, Clair and Elzie Rosenberger; and one sister, Edna Shaw.

She is survived by one son, James I. Maurer; two grandchildren, James and Mark Maurer; one niece, Patricia Shaw; two nephews, Dennis and Robert Shaw; and great-nieces and nephews all of Erie.

Friends are invited to at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service there at 1 p.m. Burial will be private in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
