Cynthia Louise Sirak Munch

Cynthia Louise Sirak Munch, age 54, of Millcreek Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Cindy was born December 31, 1955 in Erie, the daughter of Marian Yakowloff Sirak of Erie and the late Joseph Sirak. She was a 1973 graduate of Strong Vincent High School. Cindy worked 30 years for Bliley Electric.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Frederick G. Munch of Erie; one daughter, Angela Shaut and her husband Jim of Girard; two sons, Freddy Munch and his wife Jessi of Lake City and Robert Munch and his wife Lindsey of Painesville, OH; two sisters, Karen Daley and her husband Larry and Lisa Sirak and her husband Karl; one brother, Joey Sirak all of Erie and nieces and nephews. Cindy will be dearly missed by her granddaughter Madalynn and everyone who knew her.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm and may attend a Funeral Mass on Tuesday at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, 2401 West 38th Street, at 10 am. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
