Debbie L. Noyer Black, age 46, of Erie, died Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Hamot Medical Center after an extended illness.

She was born July 25, 1962 in Erie, a daughter of the late John A. Noyer Jr. and Louise J. Slater Noyer. She lived in Erie her entire life. She was a devoted wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Steven E. Black; five daughters, Star, Stephany, Erica, Trisha and China Noyer; six sons, Steven, Eric, Aaron, Kevin, Keith and Christopher Noyer all of Erie; five brothers, Dennis, James, Ralph, Gary and Michael Noyer and one sister, Diane Noyer all of St. Paul, MN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

No calling hours will be observed. A service will be held at the family's convenience. Memorials may be made to the family. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, will be handling arrangements.
