Debra J. Weaver Proper

Debra J. Weaver Proper, 61, of Corry, PA, died Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Millcreek Community Hospital.

She was born October 9, 1952 in Titusville, PA, a daughter of the late John and Noreen Apthorp Weaver.

She was a graduate of Titusville High School Class of 1970 and Clarion School of School of Nursing in 1974.

Debra had worked at Corry Manor from 1987 to 2011. She loved quilting, traveling, hanging with friends and mudslides.

She is survived by her one son, Brian K. McIntyre (Carolyn) of Erie; daughter, Joela L. Osborne (Allen David) of Vanceburg, KY; one sister, Linda W. Duran (David) of Tucson, AZ and two grandsons, Colten Osborne and Connor McIntyre both of Erie. She is also survived by two nephews, Jim Meagher, Jr. and Todd Meagher both of AZ.

Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service on Sunday, September 28, 2014, at Columbus Community United Church of Christ, 66 West Main Street, Columbus, PA 16405 at 2 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio St., Suite 304, Chicago, IL 60611-3201.The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, is handling arrangements.
