Diana Raucci Mannarelli

Diana "Diane" Raucci Mannarelli, 86, of Erie, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Fairview Manor. She was born September 23, 1930 in Naples, Italy, a daughter of the late Peter and Mary Jo Cositto Raucci.

Diana came to the United States in 1950 and worked for Marx Toys for 5 years. She was a member of Saint Paul Church. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, and Italian music.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Mannarelli and three brothers, Cosmo, Donald, and Salvatore Raucci; and son-in-law, James Hess.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jo Hess and Joan Ricchiuti (Pete); two sons, Pete Mannarelli (Cindy) and Frank Mannarelli all of Erie; nine grandchildren, Melissa Vactor, Phillip Mannarelli, Michael Hess, Lisa Stempka, John Ricchiutti, Sandra Ricchiuti, Phillip Mannarelli, Elizabeth Mannarelli, and Nicholas Mannarelli. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A private service and burial in Calvary Cemetery was held at the convenience of the family. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street handled arrangements.
