Ermelinda "Linda" Fabrizio Miraldi, age 89, resident of Saint Mary's Home of Erie, formerly of Millcreek, died Friday, November 18, 2011.

She was born February 18, 1922 in Montenero, Italy, a daughter of the late Alessandro and Filomena Tornincasa Fabrizio. She lived in Erie most of her life. She was an accomplished crocheter and quilter. She enjoyed gardening and her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Romeo A. Miraldi; one son, Peter A. Miraldi; one son-in-law, William Glass and a sister, Enadina Fabrizio.

She is survived by two daughters, Susan F. Rolon and husband Gilberto of Harrisburg, PA and Phyllis Glass of Girard, PA; one son, Alex R. Miraldi of Erie; one sister, Carmela Kosobucki of Depew, NY and four grandchildren, Natalie Miraldi, Neil C. Woods, Roman Glass and Adam Glass. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend a service there on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Paul RC Church, 1617 Walnut Street, at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
