Evelyn Taylor DiLoreto

Evelyn Taylor DiLoreto, age 92, of Erie, died Thursday, October 16, 2014 in West Palm Beach, Florida after a brief illness. She was born December 15, 1921 in Spring Creek, PA, a daughter of the late William and Lelah May Baker Taylor.

She had worked at Erie Resistor.

Evelyn was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed estate sales, antiques and painting.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack DiLoreto and two sons, Jeffrey T. DiLoreto and Christopher T. DiLoreto.

She is survived by one son, Gregory T. DiLoreto of West Palm Beach FL; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of a service there at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint George RC Church, 5145 Peach Street, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
