Filomena C. Orlando DiMarie

Filomena C. Orlando DiMarie, age 65, of Erie, died Friday, November 2, 2007 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born February 3, 1942 in Erie, a daughter of the late Thomas N. and Antoinette DiNicola Orlando. She was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School Class of 1961. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed NASCAR Racing.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Frank L. DiMarie; one daughter, Doria L. Allen and her husband Keith; one son, Frank T. DiMarie and his wife Tammy; one sister, Sandra L. Lombardozzi and her husband Caesar all of Erie and one brother, Thomas N. Orlando an his wife Gloria of Beaufort, SC. She is also survived by one grandson, Frankie DiMarie Jr. and nieces and nephews.

No calling hours will be observed. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Saint Paul RC Church, 1617 Walnut Street, on Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, is handling arrangements.
