Filomena Salvatore Esposito

Filomena "Mae" Salvatore Esposito, age 87, of Erie died Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Saint Vincent Health Center after a brief illness.

She was born November 8, 1924 in Erie, a daughter of the late Pasquale and Leornina Falcone Salvatore. She enjoyed cooking and Italian music.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony and Nicola Salvatore and one sister, Yolanda Nichols.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dominick F. Esposito, Sr.; one son, Dominick F. Esposito, Jr. and one sister, Rose Laskey and husband Walter all of Erie. She is also survived by two nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend a Funeral Service there on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
