Jackie Ciano

Jacqueline "Jackie" A. Ciano, age 75, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at UPMC Hamot Hospital. She was born on August 31, 1949 in Erie, a daughter of the late William and Mary (Smith) Cada.

Jackie was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School, Class of 1967. She worked as a nursing supervisor for numerous years until her retirement. She was a member of several social clubs throughout the City of Erie. Jackie enjoyed travelling, cooking, and a good book.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Ciano; her daughter, Sara Ciano; her brother-in-law, John Cambra; and a niece, Michelle Cambra.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacey A. Woodard (Marco); her grandchildren, Anjaleesa, D.J., and Dante; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Zay, and Gianna; her sister, Jean Cambra; her nephews, Brian (Stephanie) and Jack; and a niece, Cassie. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday, December 23, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home.
