Janet M. Weiss Stancliff Moyer

Janet M. Weiss Stancliff Moyer, 67, of Erie, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Millcreek Community Hospital. She was born October 24, 1948 in Erie, a daughter of the late George Weiss and Florence Kunz Weiss Laskoski.

She enjoyed cooking and craft shows. Janet loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant brother, John and a sister, Georgeanne Kosienski.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Robert D. Moyer of Erie; three daughters, Tracie Drzewiecki (Bill), Carrie Glas, and Heidi Stancliff all of Erie; two sons, Todd Stancliff (Kimberly) of Pittsburgh and Mark Moyer (Wendy) of CA; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

No calling hours will be observed. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, is handling arrangements.
