Joseph E "Perps" Juiliano Sr. age 94 of Millcreek Twp., passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 8, 2008 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on July 14, 1913 in Erie, the son of the late Giuseppe and Raffaola Giuliano (Juiliano).

He is survived by his wife Eleanor P. Juiliano of 58 years. Survivors include five children Joseph E Juiliano Jr (wife) Sheliah, Leesburg, Fl., Elaine M. Eller (husband) John, Madeline L. Mink (husband) Ken; Kathy T. Yurkewicz (husband) Michael all of Erie Don J Juiliano (wife) Sondie Cranberry Twp, PA. Fourteen grandchildren, Angela, Rebecca, Stephanie, Joseph III, Amie, John Jr., Trisha, Stephen, Kyle, Shane, Matthew, Megan, Zachary and Lauren, four great grandchildren, Payton, Dylan, Seth , Shannon and many nieces and nephews.

He was a dedicated employee of Firch Baking Company for 51 years. He had served with the 13th Airborne Division during WW II. Hobbies included wine making, gardening and working in the yard. Greatest pleasure in life was being around his family and friends. At 94 he was looking forward to going home to be with the Lord and reuniting with his family.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street Wednesday June 11th, from 2 to 5, and 7 to 9 and may attend services there on Thursday at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Peace Church, 2401 West 38th Street, at 10:00 am. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
