Judith A. Thomas Fleger

Judith A. Thomas Fleger, age 61, 7275 Braund Road, died Monday, October 13, 2008 at Hamot Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born July 21, 1947 in Erie, a daughter of the late Andrew and Marie Varaux Thomas. She was an active member and Deacon at Elmwood Avenue Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading and gardening.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Andrew Thomas. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Karl A. Fleger, of Erie; and one daughter, Holly M. Waychoff and her husband, Chris of Erie. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:00 a.m.Elmwood Avenue Presbyterian Church, 2816 Elmwood Avenue. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
