Laura Presutti, 57, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 9, 2016. She was born December 23, 1958 in Erie, a daughter of Albert and Gilda Bucarelli Presutti of Erie.

Laura graduated from Tech Memorial High School in 1976 and went on to earn her teaching degree in Music Education in 1988 from Mercyhurst University.

Laura was a gifted musician, composer, and singer who shared her talents in many ways through the students she taught, and by performing at weddings, clubs, and music festivals. Her first love was the guitar, but she also mastered multiple instruments, among them the piano and trumpet.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Bridget Seth and husband Dennis and two nephews, Dennis M. Seth, Jr. and Christopher J. Seth all of Erie.

Friends are invited to call at The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and may attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, 3325 West Lake Rd., at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
