Lillian S. DiMarco Olszewski

Lillian S. DiMarco Olszewski, age 79, of Erie died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Saint Mary's Home of Erie after an extended illness. She was born December 10, 1930 in Erie, a daughter of the late Pasquale and Maria DiFilippo DiMarco. She lived in Erie her entire life. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, babysitting and spending time with her family. She was outgoing with a great sense of humor.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Olszewski; three brothers, Serafino, Patrick, and Vincent DiMarco and two sisters, Ernestine Beck and Antoinette DiMarco.

She is survived by one son, John J. Olszewski; one daughter, Mary C. Yetter and her husband Greg; one brother, Ronald DiMarco and his wife Patricia and two sisters, Jel Carey and Alice Fuhrman all of Erie. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Dylan and Molly Yetter and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Tuesday at the chapel at Saint Mary's Home of Erie, 607 East 26th Street, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
