Lorena M. Skobodzinski

Lorena M. Skobodzinski, age 66, of Cranesville, PA, died Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Hamot Medical Center after a brief illness.

She was born August 21, 1943 in Erie, a daughter of Marvin Litz of Erie and the late Marian Straub Litz. She enjoyed crafts and her friends.

In addition to her father she is survived by her husband of 47 years, Edward Skobodzinski of Cranesville, PA; one daughter, Jeannette L. Sumner and husband Walt of Cranesville, PA; one son, Edward G. Skobodzinski and wife Ashley of Lexington, NC and five sisters, Marilyn Boehnlein and husband Barry of OH, Marian Burge and husband William of Waterford, PA, Charlene Rakowski and husband Jerry of Cranesville, PA, Elsie Page of Erie and Roberta Braendel and husband Richard of Erie. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Entombment will be private in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Cranesville Volunteer Fire Department, 9920 Meadville St., Cranesville, PA 16410
