Lucy E. Williams Hultgren

Lucy E. Williams Hultgren, age 88, of Erie, died Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Pleasant Ridge Manor East after a brief illness. She was born February 16, 1922 in Conneaut, Ohio, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Blanco Williams. She lived in Erie most of her life. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, bingo and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Hultgren, six brothers and her twin sister.

She is survived by three daughters, Patricia J. Gutowski and Susan M. Hultgren both of Erie and Elizabeth A. Crock and husband Daniel of Concord, OH; one sister, Sue Vandette of Dunkirk, NY and a friend, John Maloney of Erie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry on Wednesday at 10 am until the time of service there at 11:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, 816 West 26th Street, at Noon. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
