Madeline A. DeMarco

Madeline Ann DeMarco, age 91, of New Castle, PA formerly of Erie, died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at South Point Nursing Home in New Castle, PA.

She was born May 28, 1921 in Meadville, PA, a daughter of the late Santo and Rosaria DeMarco. She was raised in Meadville, PA until 1963 when she moved to Erie.

Madeline was a graduate of Meadville High School and Michael's Beauty School. She worked as a beautician for several years and retired from Hamot Medical Center after 17 years of service. She was a member of Saint Peter Cathedral.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Joseph, Anthony and Samuel DeMarco. She is survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and may attend a Funeral Mass at Saint Peter Cathedral, 230 West 10th Street, at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be private at Saint Brigid Cemetery in Meadville, PA .
