Marilyn L. Parrett

Marilyn L. Parrett, age 69, of Corry, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 27, 2022 at Saint Vincent Hospital. She was born on May 27, 1953 in Erie, a daughter of the late Albert and Virginia Edington Parrett.

Marilyn loved watching movies, crocheting, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancé, Ronald E. Smith; her brothers, Jackie "Mooch" Parrett, Richard Parrett, and Bob Parrett; and a sister, Mikki Parrett.

Marilyn is survived by her sons, David J. Parrett (Kesha) and Travis L. Parrett (Katy); her grandchildren, Tyler Parrett, Trenton Parrett, Kaylee Parrett, and David J. Parrett Jr.; her brothers, Ron Parrett (Anna) and Rod Parrett (Lani); her sister, Mary Parrett "Mine Sissy"; and sister-in-law, Sharon Parrett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

No calling hours will be observed. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, Erie, PA 16502.
