Mary E. Rhineberger Mangoni

Mary E. Rhineberger Mangoni, age 62, of McKean, PA, died Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Golden Living Western Reserve following an extended illness. She was born May 5, 1948 in Arcadia, PA a daughter of the late Ronald and Margaret Warden Rhineberger. She had lived in Erie most of her life.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. She enjoyed the outdoors and going to casinos. She had worked at Fairview Manor, Springhill, and Millcreek Community Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. "Rich" Mangoni, her son-in-law, Michael Vorberger, Jr.,and her sister, Nancy Harvey.

She is survived by four daughters, Trisha A. Mangoni, Tammy L. Mangoni and Margaret E. Lawry, and her husband, Shawn, all of Erie, and Tracy M. Mangoni of McKean, PA; two sons, Jonathan R. Mangoni and his wife, Kara of McKean, PA, and Shane A. Murphy of Sandusky, Ohio; seven sisters, Donna Michaelski and her husband, Alan, Doris Rodriquez and her husband, Ildefonso, and Judy Nowacinski and her husband Dennis, all of Erie, Veronica Swann and her husband, Douglas, Houston, MO, Susan Newman and her husband, Patrick, of Albion, PA, Denise Gillette and her husband, David, of Linesville, PA, and Renee Mellott and her husband, Chuck of Stoneboro, PA; three brothers, Ronald and Richard Rhineberger, both of Conneautville, PA, and Shon Rhineberger, of Linesville, PA. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to a service in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. The family would also like to thank Asera Hospice Care, the staff at Golden Living Western Reserve and her friends.
