Matthew "Matt" S. Eichner

Matthew "Matt" S. Eichner, 47, of McKean, passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 after a lengthy illness. He was born December 23, 1969 in Erie, a son of the late Janice Lee Eichner.
He was proprietor of Jerilu Produce.

Matt loved the outdoors. He was a hunter and ski instructor. He spent many years mountain biking and motocross racing.

Matt adored his children.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jerry and Mary Eichner and a brother, Edward A. Eichner.

He is survived by his children, Lucas, McCall and Shelby Eichner of Edinboro; his sister, Jennifer Robson (Ray) of McKean, the mother of his children, Jill Eichner of Edinboro; niece, Mickenzie Robson; and nephew, Cooper Robson; and dear friend, Michael Burhenn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service there at 8 p.m. Burial will be private in Laurel Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
