Erie

Michael A. DiNunzio, 67, of Erie, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born March 4, 1957 in Erie, son of the late Anthony and Arlene (Vaydanich) DiNunzio.

Mchael was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School and Gannon University.

After graduation he was employed at Erie Strayer and later worked with Tom Yarrington as a Mason Contractor.

Michael enjoyed training his dogs for small game hunting and was a member of the Chautauqua County Bird Dog Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Candance Marie DiNunzio.

He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Karen L. Shultz DiNunzio; his grandson, whom he raised, Michael Anthony DiNunzio; and grandchildren, Rayven DiNunzio and Walter Ollie (Kirsten); three great-grandchildren, Lykure, Joelle, and Elliana. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law, and nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Sunday, December 8th, at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
