Nataline G. Giacobello

Nataline G. Giacobello, age 91, of Millcreek, died Monday, June 1, 2009 at her residence after an extended illness.

She was born May 26, 1918 in Frostburg, PA. She spent her early years in St. Mary's Orphanage in Dunkirk, PA. She lived in Erie most of her life. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, bowling and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Giacobello.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Grace Lattanzi and her husband Charles and one son, Mario Giacobello and his wife Margaret both of Erie. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1626 West 26th Street, on Thursday at 10 am. Burial will be Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Great Lakes Hospice, 1700 Peach St., STE 244, Erie, PA 16501.The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry St., Erie, PA 16502 is handling arrangements.
