Palmer E. Ziroli
Palmer E. Ziroli, age 80, of West 23rd Street, died unexpectedly, Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Hamot Medical Center.
A lifelong resident of Erie, he was born March 23, 1929, a son of the late Donato "Dan" and Filomena Sambuchino Ziroli. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and retired from Zurn Industries. He was an avid golfer and member of Lawrence Park Golf Club. He truly enjoyed life. To him, every day was a "great day." Happiness was something he decided on each morning. He lived life with God in his heart and believed each day was a gift from Him. He adored his family and valued them above all things. Everyone who met him – loved him. He greeted every person as his "cumba" (friend). He will always be remembered by his genuine smile and witty sense of humor.
His request is that "Everybody has a great day" and to "My Marie – I Love You – And Then Some."
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Sherry Ziroli; one brother, Guiliano Ziroli and two brothers-in-law, Thomas McGraw and Robert Bellomini.

Catalde Ziroli; three daughters, Cindy Agostino and her husband Vinnie, Paula Yazembiak and her husband Jack and Lisa Seaholm and her husband Greg and one son, Dan A.
