Patricia G. Conley Hewitt

Patricia G. Conley Hewitt, age 59, of Erie, died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Saint Vincent Health Center after an extended illness.

She was born November 2, 1948 in Erie, a daughter of the late Patrick and Betty Serfozo Conley. She lived in Erie her entire life. She was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy and Villa College. She had worked as a teacher at Saint John's School. She enjoyed reading and music.

She is survived by her husband, Lionel E. Hewitt; a daughter, Jennifer Ann Hewitt and her friend Kenneth Thomas; a son, Sean M. Hewitt and his friend Christine York both of Erie; two sisters, Kathleen Sipple and her husband Thomas of Washington Crossing, PA and Marge Corritore and her husband, Robert of FL and two brother-in-laws, Roach C. Hewitt and his wife Peggy and Vaughn P. Hewitt both of Erie. She is also survived by two grandsons, Dakota and Dylan Davis both of Erie and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm and may attend a service there on Thursday at 10:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, 816 West 26th Street, at 11:00 am Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Charity of One's Choice.
