Patrick D. Owens

Patrick D. Owens, age 65, of Erie, died Tuesday, December 22, 2014 at his residence. He was born January 16, 1949 in Erie, a son of the late Donald and Jean Buseck Owens. He lived in Erie his entire life.

He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Patrick enjoyed classic cars and coin collecting. He was a Green Bay Packers Fan.

He is survived by his three daughters, Rachel Owens of McKean, PA, Paula Owens and Sarah Owens of Columbus, OH; one son, Patrick Owens of Black Hawk, CO; one brother, Michael J. Owens of Erie and one sister, Carol A. Smith (Jeffrey) of Lake City, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob and Sierra Owens and nieces, nephews and two great nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry is handling arrangements.
