Pauline M. "Penny" Milano

Pauline M. "Penny" Milano, age 86, passed away at the Erie Presbyterian Lodge on Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Pauline formerly resided in El Monte, Ca and Mesa, AZ.

She was born April 9, 1922 in Erie, a daughter of the late Orazio and Domenica Lombardi Milano. She was a graduate of Academy High School. She worked as a Real Estate Agent. She enjoyed bingo, cards and bowling.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony and Orlando "Orlo" Milano; four sisters, Edith Bell, Yolanda Steiner, Matilda Cook and Adeline Clark and her dear friend, Angeline "Angie" DiCara. She is survived by her twin brother, Palmer Milano and his wife Mary of Erie, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Honoring Penny's wishes no calling hours will be observed. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 1626 West 26th Street, on Saturday at 10 am. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Pauline was a breast cancer survivor. In lieu of flowers her family requests memorial donations to the John Kanzius Research foundation, 915 state St., Erie, PA 16501. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street is handling arrangements.
