Petrina V. Lopez, 94, of Erie, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at her residence.

She was born September 13, 1924 in Erie, daughter of the late Enrico and Frances Furno Bianchi.

Petrina was a life member of Blessed Sacrament Church and loved knitting, cooking, and entertaining family and friends in her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband Adolph "Al" Lopez; her son, NIcholas A. Lopez; brother, Enrico "Hank" Bianchi; sister, Rose Marie Calabrese; and son-in-law, Larry J. Pustelak.

She is survived by her daughter, Frances M. Pustelak; sister, Mary Moski; and sister-in-law, Carol Bianchi, all of Erie; five grandchildren, Patti Bruni (Anthony), Bob Walker, Jr., Alan Lopez, Michael Lopez (Tanya), and Nicholas Lopez (Clarice). Also surviving are 7 great-grandchildren, Mario, Isabella, Antonio, Janis, Angie, Theodora and Emilia and many nieces and nephews; and Birgit Walker and Kathy McCormick.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. and may attend a service there on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
