Rhea E. Brown Larson Tingue

Rhea E. Brown Larson Tingue, age 89, of Girard, died Monday, November 12, 2012 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West surrounded by her family. She was born April 17, 1923 in Blackwell, OK, a daughter of the late William and Eva May Brown.

Rheas enjoyed crocheting, knitting, ceramics and was an accomplished quilter.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert P. Larson; second husband, George Tingue; one daughter, Bonnie Schafer; one son, Robert H. Larson and one brother, Robert Brown.

She is survived by her two daughters, Karen D. Sabatine and husband LeRoy of Erie and Debra Harvey and husband Tom of Biloxi, MS; five grandchildren, Melissa Hanson and husband Jeff, Doug Erdely, Ronda Shreffler, Stephanie Pitto and husband Jeff and Robert Craciun; eight great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson. She is also survived by two nieces, Julieann VanCise and husband Gordon and Sally Ann White and husband, Ray.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home ,Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. A private service and burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery at the family's convenience.

Rhea's family would like to thank Pleasant Ridge Manor West for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
