Richard R. Bellucci
Richard R. Bellucci, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the Golden Living Center Walnut Creek. Richard was born August 16, 1925 in Erie a son of the late Amerigo and Mary Bellucci. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Evelena Samson and Gloria Grandy.
He is survived by one sister, Lillian Patricola-Altamurra; five nieces, Dorene Phenneger, Denise Boyles, Beverly Dasaro, Debra Ottino and Kim Rovet and one nephew, Stanley Grandy. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and one great-great niece.
Richard served in the United States Navy during WWII in the South Pacific. He retired from Erie Forge and Steel after 30 years of service.
He enjoyed playing the clarinet and the saxophone. Besides music, he was an avid golfer and bowler, and enjoyed walking at the peninsula and in the mall.
Richard was very close to his nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed by all.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc. 2122 Raspberry Street, on Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a service there on Monday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Paul RC Church, 1617 Walnut Street, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AseraCare Hospice Group, 1600 Peninsula Drive, Erie, PA 16506 or to the charity of ones choice.
