Robert J. Lachesky

Robert J. Lachesky, age 52, of Waterford, died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born April 14, 1955 in Erie, a son of Michael and Ellen Forfia Lachesky of Erie. He was a graduate of St. John Kanty Prep. He had worked at Matric Ltd in Seneca, PA. He was an avid NASCAR Fan and enjoyed working on cars.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Paula Chrostowski Lachesky of Waterford; two daughters, Diane Myers and Laura Lachesky both of Waterford; one brother, Michael "Nino" Lachesky of Rochester, NY and three sisters, Suzanne Gallagher and her husband Neil of Easton, PA, Mary Beth Daley and her husband Ralph of Manassas, VA and Terese Lachesky of Erie. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Ashley and Randy Myers and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and may attend a service there on Monday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
