Rosella Maggio Sedler, 81, of Erie, formerly of Florida, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023 at her residence. She was born November 9, 1941 in Erie, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (DiRamio) Maggio.

Rosella was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School Class of 1960. She worked for General Telephone and then for Florida Coast Bank in Pompano Beach until her retirement.

Rosella moved to Buffalo, NY after marrying the love of her life Kenneth Sedler. They eventually moved back to Erie and then to Pompano Beach and Casselberry Florida where they resided for 50 years until recently moving back to Erie.

Rosella enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners and hosting her annual New Year's Day party.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Tina Maggio and brother, Michael Maggio.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth John Sedler; two sisters, Linda Dachsberger (Frank) and Tracy Maggio; three brothers, Joseph Maggio (Joann), Richard Maggio, and Phillip Maggio (Barbara); sister-in-law, Karen Kazma; and special niece, Tory Audiman (Ali) and their children, Kadem, Zayne, and Kenza. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and her dear friend, Susie Goodwill.

Friends are invited to call on Sunday at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and may attend a service there on Monday at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Paul Church, 1617 Walnut Street, at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org
