Rosemary Zonna Chamblin

Rosemary Zonna Chamblin, age 76, of Erie, died Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Presque Isle Rehabilitation and Nursing Center after an extended illness with Alzheimer's.

She was born October 14, 1936 in Erie, daughter of the late Dominick and Chiara "Carrie" Presogna Zonna. She lived in Maryland after her marriage to Harry Tucker Chamblin.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Tucker Chamblin; grandson, Christopher Joel Chamblin and a brother, Donald Zonna.

She is survived by her two children, Christopher Michael Chamblin and his wife Angela of Hollywood, FL and Deborah Whalen Minso of Naples, FL; one sister, Joan Wisinski and one brother Anthony "Tony" Zonna both of Erie. She is also survived by five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Friday at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1626 West 26th Street, at 10 a.m. Burial will be private in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, is handling arrangements.
