Viola F. Orlando, age 86, of Brown Avenue, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Saint Vincent Health Center.

She was born April 6, 1923 in Erie, a daughter of the late Anthony A. and Ginevera Caserta Orlando. She lived in Erie her entire life. She had worked at Nosco Plastics.

She is survived by her sister, Gloria Grande; one niece, Diane Nucerino; one great-niece, Jennifer Runstedler-Nolan and one great great-niece, Desiree Runstedler all of Erie.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Friday from 10 am until the time of Funeral Service there at 1:30 pm. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
