William Perez Rodriguez

William "Willie" Perez Rodriguez Sr., died peacefully on December 1, 2018 at Saint Vincent Health Center, following a courageous fight with cancer. He gracefully accepted the Lord on the day of his death. He was born on November 30, 1960 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Ada Lidia Rodriguez and the late Emiliano Perez.

Willie worked at Fairview Evergreen Nursery. He was loved by many and made a friend everywhere he went.

He was preceded in death by a brother Luis Irizarry.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Clara Tirado-Perez; children, Jessica Perez (Christian), William Perez Jr (Tia), and Josue Perez; mother- in- law, Rosalinda Tirado; siblings, Johnny Perez, Alma Perez, Leida Perez, and Reinaldo Perez; and grandchildren, Destynie, Emanuel, Jasleen, Giovani, Giovana, Giani, Giana, and X'yone. He is also survived by his close friend, Jossie Rivera; his pets Lola & Angel; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
